Booking Policy
To provide you with a personalised, private, and elevated salon experience, all appointments require a 50% of the service cost non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
This deposit secures your dedicated time and reflects the care and preparation behind every customised service.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations. However, it will be credited toward your final service total on the day of your appointment.
We kindly ask that any changes be made with intention. You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty, provided a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is given.
Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will require a new deposit to secure a future booking.
